The hotel caters on full board arrangements. A part of the restaurant (200 seats) is in the main building. There is also a terrace (150 seats) situated in front of the restaurant.
The garden has different types of seats and seating areas with divans and hammocks-some in the sun and others in the cool shade. There is a swimming pool where you can sunbathe. There is a bar and a wine-house in the garden, as well as a table tennis area.
The hotel also offers some relaxing activities like sauna, Turkish bath and massage.
Bitez Garden Hotel has a Turkish bath, massage centre, sauna and Jacuzzi. The outdoor swimming pool has a separate children's section. On the beach, the hotel offers free parasols and sun mattresses. Thrice a week, the hotel offers free entertainment with live music. In the garden are facilities for table tennis, a Garden Life bar and a wine house.

Late check-outs are arranged while booking or immediately upon arrival.
The cancellation policy during the low season (October 15 to April 15) is as follows:
- In case of cancellations made up to four days before arrival, a total refund will be given, after deducting 11.50 Euros for administration and bank charges.
- In case of cancellations made three days to one day before arrival, a refund of 75% will be given.
- In case of No Show, there will be a 50% refund, except in the case of force majeur (such as fire, earthquake, war, revolution, flood, and epidemics).
Please note: prices during the Feast of Ramazan (19th - 22nd Sept) and the Feast of Sacrifice (26th - 30th Nov) are different.
