For cancellations made 3 days to 1 day before arrival, a refund of 75% will be given.
In case of no-show, there will be a 50% refund. In case of "force majeur", the whole sum minus € 22.50 administration fee will be given.
High season (16 Apr - 14Oct):
For cancellations made up to 6 days before arrival, a total refund will be given, after deducting 11.50 Euros for administration and bank charges.
For cancellations made 5 to 3 days before arrival, a refund of 75% will be given.
For cancellations made 2 to 1 day(s) before arrival, a refund of 60% will be given.
