Requests for late check-outs are to be made at the time of booking.
The cancellation policy during the low season (October 15 to April 15) is as follows:
- In case of cancellations made up to four days before arrival, a total refund will be given, after deducting 11.50 Euros for administration and bank charges.
- In case of cancellations made three days to one day before arrival, a refund of 75% will be given.
- In case of No Show, there will be a 50% refund, except in the case of force majeur (such as fire, earthquake, war, revolution, flood, and epidemics).
Please note: there will be different prices during the Feast of Ramazan (19th - 22nd Sept) and the Feast of Sacrifice (26th - 30th Nov).
